One English support route for Kalkulko, Pravopisko, Zlomko and Propisko. A child does not need an account to ask an adult for help.

Do not include a child's full name, email address, school, password, payment-card details or other unnecessary personal data. Remove personal information from screenshots before attaching them.

Tell us the topic, calm or timed mode, and whether the issue occurred on iOS, Android or the web. Do not send a child's answers unless they are required to reproduce a content error.

Include the selected language, category and mode. For a visual task, describe the expected fraction or number-line position without identifying the child.

Propisko is currently a public web/PWA app. Include the browser, device type, selected language and the character or word where the issue occurs.
Optional adult support
All four apps remain free. A contribution unlocks nothing, does not improve a score and is never requested from children.
